A Note to Pastors... When you have people in your church with special gifts or talents, don't discourage them. Not using them or supporting them can cause them to not feel wanted, eventually leave and go some place where they can be utilized. (for example, an artist with Multiple awards, very known in the area, ministering at other churches, yet can't even be on the praise team or sing on a Sunday). Unless the person is causing discord amongst the church or out of order, Give them a chance!
